Quick Breakfast Solution

While cooking in college, it can be easy to only focus on dinner and ignore cooking any other meals. Another thing that's easy to do in college is to oversleep and be running out the door in the mornings. I know for me when that happens, the last thing I think about is breakfast, until about halfway through my class when my stomach is rumbling.

Breakfast can be a very easy thing to make in college, and its a meal people either skip or believe to be the most important meal of the day. A great and quick breakfast I always go to in college is Avocado Toast. Avocado Toast is super easy to make and is a delicious and filling way to begin your day.

The ingredients I use for my Avocado Toast are:

As you can see from these ingredients, the meal is really quite simple. You start by peeling and cutting up your Avocado's. When at the store, you can buy avocados that will be ready the next day, or a few days from when you buy them. This is convenient when planning out your meals. It can sometimes be challenging to find the right avocado, I recommend looking at this article for any help you may need: Is my Avocado Ripe?. After cutting up your avocado, spread it across a piece or two of toast. Then top the toast with lime juice and red pepper flakes. You can add the bacon on top or on the side depending on what you want.

Avocado Toast is a great and dependable breakfast option in the morning. It is a quick solution to a filling breakfast even when running late. Avocado Toast can be a great addition to any breakfast as well. Whether that measn enjoying it by itself, or having it with an omelet or some sausage and bacon, Avocado Toast is always a great option.
